Remington Elliot single shot 41 rimfire derringer. Serial number 2116. A unique and simple mechanism where the hammer serves as a breech block. Nicely marked barrel, metal parts with medium gray patina and slightly granular surfaces. Wood grips are very good, showing a minor corner nick by the frame, a few minor dings, and a light crack in the left grip. Mechanically good, sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
