NORINCO SKS THUMBHOLE SPORTER STOCK ULTRA RARE

For your consideration is this super rare from whole stock for the Norinco SKS rifle. It was known as the SKS sporter and was imported prior to the 1994 assault weapon ban. That rifle featured no bayonet in that obviously there is no Bayonet slot in the Stock, It was factory modified to use AK-47 style magazines. Although the rifle came in with a five round hunting magazine. This will fit any Chinese SKS rifle and probably fit all Russian rifles as they gave all the tooling and Technology to China. Yes stock which function perfectly as is on an model D, Mc-5D or Any model that utilizes AK 47 mags. It can also be retrofitted to a standard sks rifle but the magazine opening must be lengthend by removing wood To accommodate the longer SKS fixed magazines. I have been a real huge fan of the SKS since I purchased my first one about 1980 and I have accumulated so many items that I will never use them all. If you take a close look at the last photograph showing the magazine opening this stock had already been altered to work with a fixed magazine SKS. I have since replaced would to put it back original condition. But if you’re handy with a Dremel you can easily carve out the wood patch as a guide. If you’d like to personalize your SKS rifle and use all original type parts this is a great project item. When I did have it On my rifle it had a longer length of pull which was very comfortable, and it featured a really nice rubber butt pad at the end.
