Marlin 1895 45-70 cal. alaska commemorative

hello, up for sale is a stainless steel Marlin model 1895 in 45-70 cal. this is a commemorative to celebrate 50 years of alaska statehood it has beautiful engravings over the whole gun see pictures, the gun is new never been fired with the bix and all the paperwork, in my opinnon it is in excelent shape, shipping will be $40.00 with insurance and comformation by USPS, i will only ship to an FFL holder, i am not up on california laws but if an FFL holder can explaine to me how to ship to that state it might be possible, payment can be made by bank check,personal check,or post office money order, no walmart money orders, gun will be shipped only after funds have cleared my bank, in the event my bank will not cash your payment method you can get your check or money order from the kenai police department and i will gladly give you their number,if you want more pictures or any other questions please ask, thank you, glad to be an American an able to buy/sell and own firearms
