Offered for your consideration is one (1) Marlin Model 60W .22 Long Rifle rimfire caliber rifle. It features a gold plated trigger, 14 round tubular magazine, 22 inch Micro-Groove barrel, walnut stained hardwood stock, 4x15 Bushnell Sport View scope provided by the factory. This rifle is a special run Safety, Ethics, and Sportsmanship series and has this medallion embedded into the stock. This theme was designed to encourage adult shooters to teach young and beginning shooters proper safety, ethics and sportsmanship in the use of firearms. It comes complete with the factory box & wrappings and manual. The condition of this rifle is LNIB (Like New In The Box). Additional pictures upon request.

The proper Insurance, Return Receipt (in the case of firearms or sales exceeding $100.00 in price), and Delivery Confirmation will be included in your shipping charges. Tracking and/or Delivery Confirmation numbers will be provided to the buyer upon request. Though insurance claims are to be handled by the carrier, we will assist the buyer in any way possible to resolve any issues involving insurance claims which may arise.

YOU HAVE A 3 DAY INSPECTION PERIOD BEGINNING AT THE TIME THAT YOUR MERCHANDISE ARRIVES EITHER AT YOUR MAILING ADDRESS, OR IN THE CASE OF A MODERN OR CURIO / RELIC FIREARM, AT YOUR FFL DEALER'S MAILING ADDRESS. During this period the firearm is not to be fired or disassembled in any fashion. If your merchandise was not damaged during transit, and you wish to return it, I would appreciate you contacting me to briefly give me an idea for your reason to return the item. Having this knowledge will help us avoid possible returns in the future. A return authorization code/number will be required for all merchandise returned. If you choose to return the item, it MUST be received by Foxfire Rod & Gun in the EXACT and SAME condition as you received it. Unless the item was misrepresented in the auction, all shipping charges are non-refundable and I will refund the winning bid price of the item ONLY.
