Marlin 1894CS .357 Mag. Micro-Groove

I am selling my late father's gun collection. I am NOT an expert and am trying to do my best in listing these correctly with as much info as I can read off of the rifle and what I can find on line. Please ask me questions as needed and I am happy for any additional info and advise. This rifle has a sticker under the barrel (you can see it in the photos) that reads "Targeted by Phil B" and then it has the Marlin logo. I believe it is an issue from the 1970's as it has an 18" barrel. The serial number is 10124101
