Marlin 1893 Rifle (.30-30)

Up for sale is a used Marlin 1893 Rifle (.30-3 Win.). This item has a 24” octagon barrel and wood stocks. Inspection with a bore scope shows light pitting in the bore, the rifling is still strong and the bore looks shiny to the naked eye. The blueing shows freckling, light scratches, a few nicks in the steel and heavy wear on the receiver and magazine tube. The stocks show scratches and dings in the wood as well as some deterioration in the wood on the right side of the fore-end just ahead of the receiver, someone also did some carving in the wood. The butt stock and fore-end had something inlaid in them at some point in the past. This rifle is in good shape considering its age.
