Seller Description
"MANTON", as marked on locks, double barrel percussion shotgun. Also marked "LONDON FINE TWIST" on top of barrel rib. 30" barrels of about 16 gauge bore. Metal parts have an uncleaned appearance with dark patina overall with minimal pitting in the barrel breech area. Stock has an attractive grain with good surfaces, showing average handling marks overall and a crack on either side of the triggerguard. Does not function mechanically, does not have spring tension, locks appear to be missing internal parts. Sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
