SN 256701 This rifle was manufactured in 1902.
This is a vintage take-down lever action repeating rifle chambered in .30-30 Winchester, manufactured in New Haven, CT. engraved by J. Adams.
Features a blued & nickel finish, take-down 24" octagonal barrel, dovetailed blade front sight with bead top, elevation adjustable semi-buckhorn rear sight, full-length tube magazine, smooth trigger, knurled hammer spur, walnut forend with metal cap and shoulder stock with metal butt plate. Rifle retains approximately 98% of its professional refinish showing light scratches and some scattered pin prick pitting found under the finish on several parts. Action is sound, the bore is good, and markings are very good Condition is NRA Very Good as restored. ***C&R Firearm***
