Marlin 45/70 government lever action

This is an original Marlin 1895- Lever Action 45/70 government rifle. It's in like new condition! And yes, it has the genuine “JM” stamp on the barrel. It was purchased in the early 1970’s and only had 5 rounds put through it. Why? This thing packs a punch! WOW! I had a professional gunsmith install a butt pad, however, I have not fired the rifle since. It's definitely a rifle for the serious hunter or gun collector. The rifle is stored in a dry air tight safe and is in pristine condition. It's a great gun for the serious hunter or collector. Thank you.
