Seller Description
Early (Oct. 1931) Springfield M1903A1 National Match rifle. Complete, original with all expected NM features including type-C stock with drawing nos., heavy checkered buttplate, star-gaged barrel, serialized bolt and hardened striker w/drawing no. Very good condition overall. Stock has a few storage dents/abrasions and some pitting is evident on bolt and rear sight base. A good, correct early specimen of the greatest NM rifle ever made. C&R eligible.
