J. Stevens "Tip-Up" single shot 32 cartridge rifle

J. Stevens "Tip-Up" single shot cartridge rifle. Style made without forearm. Serial number 4038. Possibly .32 rimfire caliber. Extractor missing. Nice original globe front sight and flip-up rear sight. 28" octagon barrel with pleasing untouched patina. Other metal parts with flaked nickel finish mixing with patina. Stock shows average wear and use with a chip in the toe and some cracks that have been well secured with a nail and screw. Mechanically good, sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
