M-1 Carbine (Iver Johnson AA Serial Number)

M-1 Carbine (Manufactured by Iver Johnson) Middlesex, New Jersey I have checked the serial number - AA these are designated (paratrooper) and were built on Plainfield Machines the same that were used at the tail end of WW2, and into Korea. Iver Johnson M-1 Carbine's were manufactured for commercial sales, but some jails and sheriff departments did use them, this one comes complete with Paratrooper stock and 1 15 round magazine. I'm adding a stock made from birch so it's legal in every state. This rifle has a flat bolt, indicative for first years manufactured, a heavy windage knob and bayonet adapter, as well canvas sling and oiler. There is not a scratch on either the stock or metal. Absolutely pristine condition and shoots very well. If you need ammo, I have plenty of Lake City Military, but that would be a separate sale. I have plenty of pictures so please ask to see them.
