IMA EIBAR PREMIER AMBASSADOR SxS 12 GA SIDELOCK

On consignment we have an IMA (Industrias Marixa Armas) Premier Ambassador side-by-side shotgun in 12 gauge. This shotgun was originally imported by Ed Paul Sporting Goods of Brooklyn, NY in 1966 as one of a larger shipment. It is understood that Mr. Paul died and the company went out of business before the guns were sold. The guns were stored for 40 years in a warehouse before being bought and sold to a gun shop in Long Island from whom this shotgun was purchased "new" in 2007. The gun was covered in cosmoline, and the stock had flaked with age. The wood has since been professionally refinished and a Pachmayr Decelerator installed. The gun has been test fired to confirm barrel regulation and chokes at 40 yards with Estate #8 Light Dove cartridges, and delivered uniform Modified & Full choke patterns to Point of Aim. This shotgun features a checkered walnut stock and beavertail forend with black Decelerator pad, a sidelock action with case colored finish, and 27-3/4" barrels. Gun is in excellent condition.
