High Standard HS-15 (AR-15) complete, semi-auto M4-type 5.56 NATO lower receiver with factory installed lower parts kit is ready to accept the upper and buttstock assembly that meets your exact needs. This HS-15 lower receiver includes the lower receiver assembly with trigger group and pistol grip fully assembled. Additional parts that cannot be assembled without a buttstock are included and are very easy for a novice to install at home. Four lower receivers are available with consecutive serial numbers. The purchase of multiple lowers is eligible for a shipping discount. A supplier to the U.S. military since WWII, High Standard’s name means top-quality materials and workmanship throughout. All parts are manufactured in the U.S. to original Colt specs, and each part is gauge-checked for correct tolerances in accordance with MIL-STD 105D during assembly. Receiver is forged from 7075 T6 aluminum alloy, which has nearly twice the tensile strength of the standard 6061 alloy, then hardcoat anodized for even greater strength. The steel trigger/hammer group’s precision-ground engagement surfaces provide a crisp, near-match-grade trigger pull. Internet research indicates High Standard HS-15/AR-15 lower receivers are manufactured by Continental machine Tool (CMT), who manufacture Stag Arms AR-15s as their house brand.
