Howa 1500 .270 Win w/Burris Fullfield 2 Like New

This is a good example of a Howa 1500. It’s simple and easy to use, has a quality scope and possesses a decent size magazine capacity. Chambered for the extremely popular .270 Winchester (or 270 WCF), this firearm is a quintessential deer rifle. The ballistic coefficient of the round, the efficiency of the case design, and the quality of today’s gun powders allow the .270 to excel at both short and long distances. The Howa’s barrel and receiver are blued rather than a matte black finish. The stock is a black synthetic type, which is good for both hot and cold temperatures, as the material will handle those two better than a wooden stock. Magazine capacity of the Howa is 5 plus 1 unlike many modern bolt guns which have a 4+1 capacity. The sling itself is an Allen. The mounts and rings are Leupold, while the scope is a Burris Fullfield II 2x-7x35mm. The gun is essentially unused, but because there is no box, it will be considered “used” for listing purposes. A carry case is included with the gun. Just how good is a Howa, you ask? At one time, the famous rifle manufacturer Weatherby, Inc. imported Howa rifles under the Weatherby name.
