H&R Ultra Rifle 30-06 FN Actions CUSTOM WALNUT STOCK scarce

This listing is for a preowned H&R Ultra Rifle chambered in 30-06. This gun is a beautiful example with a custom stock and 99% bluing. The stock is made of burled walnut and was purchased by the previous owner for $500. He waited 20 years to get a custom stock made for this gun. The stock features an amazing shine! The gun also features FN actions imported from Belgium and a Sako trigger. THIS IS A VERY SCARE MODEL. It was H&R’s first attempt in the late 1960’s to make a high end rifle. Shortly after this gun was made H&R switched to Yugoslavian Zavasta Mauser ( true '98 actions.) H&R Ultra Rifles made with FN actions were produced in VERY LOW numbers, making this version quite sought after. The custom stock only adds to the collectability of this rifle.
