These grips were surplus from a Horton Special Edition run in 2007, Colt Factory Diamond Checkered Rosewood. Even though these are differently shaded, they are from the same lot, a surplus sale by Colt Firearms of grips that Colt replaced with imitation pearl grips for special edition automatics. These are the traditional styling, Diamond Pattern checkering; and they are genuine Rosewood. They are mint in the plastic shipping bag, just the way they came to us from Colt.
