For Florida residents, BATFE requires me to hold the items until the form 4 transfers are complete. If you are out of state of Florida, I am required to transfer to a licensed class III / SOT dealer, then you would have to complete your transfer with that dealer. Upon completion of a sale and FULL payment , I will complete the 2x form 4’s and pay for 2 transfer fees, one for the short barrel rifle and one for the suppressor .
