Pocket Excam (Tanfoglio) GT28 in 25ACP, 7+1

This continuously tougher to find tiny pistol is a reliable single action pocket pistols manufactured by a small Italian gun maker named Fabrica d'Armi Tanfoglio Giuseppe. This one is the more rare 7+1 version in .25ACP, and was sold as the Excam GT28. Excam was an importer and distributor located in Hialeah, FL. The frames produced for Excam together with the rest of the gun, were being imported as parts from Italy. The last Titan model that Excam produced was the GT28. Excam went out of business in the '90s. Many parts are interchangeable with the FIE Titan. The GT28 fits well in most hands, is easily concealed, and the beavertail prevents slide bite so common to pocket pistols. Another plus is the Titan can be carried on half cock with one in the pipe; the only way the gun will fire is if you pull the hammer all the way back to the full cock position. It also features a thumb safety on the left side of the frame. This soft recoil pistol is a pleasure to shoot, and remarkably accurate. (credit: adam01364)
