Dakota Arms Model 97 Hunter 7mm STW (Shooting Times Westerner). Serial GB-7STW features a 25-inch (properly measured) free floating barrel with a ramp front sight topped by a brass-beaded blade and a flip-up night bead, island express rear sight (drift-adjustable for windage, shallow "V" with center notch and sighting line), Talley double lever mounts (30mm low rings), full-length Mauser claw extractor for true controlled round feeding and extraction, blended bolt release, three-position wing safety and steel bottom metal with inside-the-bow release. The premium synthetic stock wears a black textured finish with gray highlights. DIMENSIONS: Weight is 8.4 pounds and length-of-pull is 13.6 inches. CONDITION: The bore is pristine. Metal finish is over 95 percent, with trace thinning at the muzzle and over the bolt knob, a few micro-scratches on the underside of the barrel, trash tarnish on the bolt body and spot thinning on the bottom metal. The stock finish is nearly 100 percent. The price is firm and layaway is available.
