Colt Root Model 1855 Side Hammer Percussion Revolver Model 3 28 cal Bore Exc, Mech Exc, Original grips Exc with 95% original varnish. Has a 3 ½” oct barrel with excellent Hartford address markings. Has the fluted cylinder with exc patent date 1859 markings. Serial #25950 matching. Meal overall has a blue brown patina finish with original blue in protected areas. Real fine colt root.
