Colt Model 1860 Army Civilian (Avenging Angel)

Colt Model 1860 Army Percussion Civilian Revolver (AVENGING ANGEL) 44 cal ,Bore Exc, Mech Exc tight as new ,crisp action, Original wood grips with 40% original varnish VG plus to near exc worn left side bell. Has a 3 1/2” barrel with brass bead front sight and one line marking Col Sam Colt New York USA America remaining. Serial# 167,849 all match except the wedge, mfg’d 1867. The cylinder has 100% scene and some pins remaining. The frame has the colts patent marking and the 44 cal on the triggerguard. Metal overall is excellent with the barrel and cylinder having a fading original blue finish with bright blue in protected areas. The frame has bright case coloring on the left side and some on the right side. The hammer has case colors also . Overall the gun is in excellent condition Probably shortened for concealment
