I've decided to sell my PRE BAN (Pre Sept 1994) COLT HBAR AR-15 rifle to get up funds for a new project. Buyer must have a CT State permit or rifle will be shipped to an FFL if buyer is out of state. It is your responsibility to get me your FFL's info. Out of state buyers FFL must also allow shipping from a private seller, if not, buyer is responsible for additional FFL $35 fee on my end.
