1861 / 1864 Colt Rifled Musket or also known as Colt Special Model 1861

Very good condition Colt Rifled Musket or also know as 1861 Colt Special Model. The story on it is: it was found new in the box in 1925, used for black powder matches in the 1950's, my father had it from 1955 to 1989, and I've had it 1989 onwards. I've never fired it. The stock has virtually no wear, there is some patina, but no real rust, the overall appearance and bore is very good. The hammer & sear, etc., seem to function perfectly. Local pickup & inspection.
