This rifle was purchased new in NJ 2005 and is NJ legal with 16" barrell, pinned stock and pinned muzzle brake. No bayonet lug. Fixed handle. Only 150 rounds fired.
Rifle is in very good condition. Check other laws in other restricted states to see if legal.
Comes in Original Bushmaster case, 10 round magazine and manual.
