Seller Description
Browning Citori Grade VI four-barrel set choked SK/SK (fixed) in original factory case. Weight 8.6 pounds with 12-gauge barrels. Approximate dimensions: LOP - 14.25, DAC - 1.5, DAH 1.875 and cast off .375. Factory letter for 15578PN6A3 indicates 28-inch barrels in error as all four barrels are marked 26 inches and correctly serialed. The receiver is a showcase of full-coverage engraving highlighted by four gold inlays, the pattern continuing to the barrels and forearm hardware. Overall condition is at least 99% with no apparent issues or imperfections and this shotgun appears to be seldom handled or fired. Even the outside of the case shows little wear. This shotgun originated from the estate of Jack Parker, former President of the Boone and Crockett Club as well as Vice Chairman and Executive Officer of the General Electric Company (1968-1980). A lifelong hunter and conservationist, this offering is in keeping with his wishes that some of his firearms be used to further the Club's conservation efforts. Proceeds of this sale will be directed accordingly and the Club will provide written documentation of the shotguns’s ownership history to the purchaser. The price is firm and a comprehensive photo package will be provided upon request. California shipments only to dealers who accept from a private party.
