Ammo Box & Brass: U.S. Military .45-70 Blank Box & 10 Brass 1943

Here are 10 of the original fired brass and the original GI Issue Box for a .45-70 Government Line Throwing Gun. The box is only fair to Good Condition, but its military label is intact on its obverse with the 4/10/43 date clear, and the Western Cartridge Company Caontract No. W-849-ORD-2901 label intact. The reverse side of the box has a shipping label that appears to be from some time in the 1960s with an IMR recipe hand written on that part. All the cases appear to be W C marked, probably original to the box and re-used by an Illinois Veteran after the War. We're offering this very collectable box and brass for only $ 48.00.
