It is a very special rifle with several distinct features, Monolithic rail upper with a free floating barrel for extreme reliability Knurled Barrel over the length of the barrel for extreme heat dissipation. (See Photos) Gas Piston is the most reliable system for the AR The weight sits at 6.75 lbs complete less mag Billet ambi lower, high strength bolt with full weight carrier and chrome line key. Recoil system is carbine with H2 buffer. Gas system is a carbine piston and is dowel pinned to the barrel Barrel itself is a special they call "hard alloy" it is a very high strength stainless. The exterior knurl was something they use for heat dissipation, it works exceptionally well but requires a rather special operation to form it. Rifling is 5R cut.
