From a mid-west going out of business sale, a new stainless steel S&W model 617 22 cal. 10 shot with a 4" barrel, new in the correct factory box with all papers and factory (see photos). At the sale they said this was pistol was new and unfired (see photos). I bought this gun as new and unfired, and after close inspection it is obvious to me it has never been fired.
