Offered here are ( 2 ) J. C. HIGGINS 20 GA BOLT ACTION SHOTGUNS. These shotguns were sold by Sears Roebeck and Co. and made by Mossberg. -- The first is a J. C. Higgins 20 Ga. Shotgun Bolt Action- Model 583.15. Bore and action are very good. The barrel length is approx. 26" and overall length is approx.47". Has tube fed action. Wood is in good condition. Very good working order. --- The second is a J. C. Higgins 20 Ga. Shotgun Bolt Action- Model 5839. Bore and action are very good. The barrel length is approx. 26" and overall length is approx.47". Has tube fed action. Wood is in good condition. Also very good working order.
