The Stag 15 Retro offers a reproduction of the classic M16A2 models with a few modern upgrades. It is built around a 4140 steel, chrome-moly heavy profile barrel with A2 flash hider and a 12" thermoplastic handguard with double heat shields to provide better heat mitigation. The rifle-length gas system is partnered with an A2 front sight, and an M16 Manganese Phosphate, chrome lined bolt carrier group. The Retro is completed with a rugged and durable A2 buttstock and pistol grip, removable A3 carry handle, and Picatinny rail. This 5.56 Nato model has a 20" barrel and a black hardcoat anodized finish.
