The Walther SSP is a purpose-built .22 LR sport/competition pistol designed for target shooting. It uses Walther's LINEAR (hammerless/linear striker) system and an integrated pneumatic recoil-damping unit to minimize muzzle rise. The SSP features an adjustable Protouch laminated wood grip (multiple sizes), a micrometer-adjustable rear sight and interchangeable front sight widths, and is supplied with a hard case and tools.
