Ad said this 1905 '94 SRC is "all original." But Mr. L. had profusely brushed true oil on the stock even touching the barrel in one place. Original finish entire smeared over. He said he did that to protect the wood. But how is this gun: "all original?" I've owned other 94 SRCs, 1895s, and a1873 and never seen one with true oil painted on it. I have looked at many in gun shows and online and have not seen one that looked like this. Again, how is the original? |
