The Model 2020 Rimfire Classic (Grade AA) is a bolt-action .22 LR built around Springfield Armory's Model 2020 rimfire receiver with a Grade AA Turkish walnut stock. The 20" #1 sporter-contour barrel is matte blued and free-floated, and the rifle ships with an interrupted Picatinny optic mounting surface.
Feeding is via a 10-round SA rotary magazine; the trigger is an adjustable Remington® 700-style unit with hanger-system compatibility. Springfield backs the Model 2020 Rimfire with an accuracy guarantee of 1" or less (three-shot group at 50 yards) when used with quality match-grade factory ammunition.
