The Smith & Wesson M&P FPC is a folding, optics-ready pistol-caliber carbine chambered in 9mm Luger. The compact folding design features a horizontal folding mechanism with a locking latch that folds the carbine to 16.38in for transport and extends to 30.38in for use. The FPC includes in-stock magazine storage in the polymer stock that holds two magazines and ships with one 17-round and two 23-round double-stack M&P pistol magazines.
