The Colt CBX Tac Hunter is a bolt-action sporter built around a nitride-finished barreled action with a black nitride, button-rifled 20 in. sporter profile barrel. The muzzle is factory-threaded (9/16"-24 UNEF) and ships with a thread protector. The rifle feeds from a detachable AICS-pattern 5-round magazine and uses an ambidextrous magazine latch. The Tac Hunter is fitted with a gray ergonomic polymer stock over an aluminum bedding block with user-adjustable length-of-pull (12.75"–14.25") and removable cheek risers.
