The Colt CBX Precision is a bolt-action chassis rifle built for precision and competition shooting. It features a carbon-steel, button-rifled 24 in barrel with a black-nitride finish and a 5/8-24 UNEF threaded muzzle with thread protector. The action uses a 60° bolt throw and a user-adjustable trigger (2.5–5.0 lb).
The rifle rides in a custom MDT aluminum chassis with a 15 in extended forend that includes an ARCA rail and M-LOK slots, an ergonomic pistol grip with thumb shelf, QD cups, and an ambidextrous magazine latch.
