The X-Bolt 2 is Browning's next-generation bolt-action rifle platform that builds on the award-winning X-Bolt. Browning describes the X-Bolt 2 as delivering smoother bolt operation, expanded barrel options, and the option of the fully customizable Vari-Tech stock.
The model introduces the DLX trigger (a multi-lever, user-adjustable design), retains the X-Lock scope mounting system, and keeps the tri-lug bolt and rotary magazine from the original X-Bolt. Browning also highlights an updated Inflex recoil pad and a beefier receiver for smoother operation and improved scope mounting surface.
