Browning AB3
Browning AB3 Bolt-Action Rifle
The Browning AB3 is a bolt-action hunting rifle offering a free-floating, button-rifled barrel and a robust three-lug bolt with a short 60° bolt lift for fast cycling. It uses a detachable box magazine (polymer/steel construction) and features a bolt-lock override button and a top-tang safety with an internal firing-pin block.
The AB3 receiver top is drilled and tapped for scope bases (factory fitted with filler screws) and the rifle includes an Inflex recoil pad for improved shooting comfort. The design emphasizes reliable feeding, straightforward scope mounting, and field-oriented durability and performance.
