Features include a black synthetic stock, Enlarged bolt knob, 18 inch threaded barrel, Matte black metal finish, drilled and tapped receiver, Manual safety, two front sling swivel studs, 1 rear sling swivel stud, thick recoil pad, and a 3 round drop magazine. Savage does offer larger magazines for this rifle. What makes this gun impressive, is how smooth the action is. The larger bolt knob gives a great feel to the shooter and is incredibly smooth.
