They didn't do anything to protect the pistol from the aluminum mag extensions during shipment so the slide was scratched all over down to metal when I received. And then they refused to do ANYTHING to make things right or take responsibility of their mistake. Now I have to pay $150-200 to have the slide refinished so it won't rust!
