This listing is for a MARS Rail for a Remington 700 Short Action, with Zero MOA elevation.
It has little wear. The only significant wear is on one of the side rails, which has a small nick on one of the picitanny rails, and doesn't affect function. There is also some slight finish wear on the rear set of rails, right at the outter most edges. It's not noticeable unless you're looking for it. It's been a solid system for me.
It's a great platform for NV, and IR platforms. Very sturdy, I haven't had any issues with it. It has been stored on the rifle, inside of a Pelican case for the last year, which is when I got it.
Asking $400 shipped. All components are included (mounting bolts, side rails, side rail bolts). Rifle not included!
