Diamond Arms Single Shot 16 Ga Shotgun 30” Full Plain Barrel . Gun is in good condition Action is tight Bore is excellent I have shot it and it functions good. The Stock has a crack on one side and a piece missing on the other at the wrist ,but is strong and tight (See Pictures )The gun is what is known as a "Trade Brand Name" shotgun. That is a shotgun made by a major maker for and sold by a wholesaler or retailer who chose the name to go on the gun. This gun was made for and sold by the Shapleigh Hardware Company of St. Louiis, MO a large wholesale sporting goods dealer sometime between 1915 and 1930.
