I bought this M1 Tanker new 15 years ago and never fired it. Rebuild by Arlington Ordnance. Bore shows no wear. Receiver made by Springfield Armory ca. Sept/Oct 1944 - serial #326XXXX Parkerization is intact without wear. The stock is refinished and shows signs of old dings and dents but not detractive. No splits or cracks. One small scuff mark (1/2" x 1/8" approx.) under the receiver on the right side. Inspector cartouches are present on the stock but too faint after re-finishing for these tired old eyes to read except for a "P" in a circle under the hand grip.
