The 90 day layaway period begins on the date of the down payment transaction. Layaway balances not paid within 90 days can be extended for 30 days for a fee of $20. Layaway's canceled by the purchaser for any reason will be charged a 20% handling\restocking fee, not less than $50 nor more than $150.
