For Sale is my Sako Bavarian Carbine in 6.5x55. I am reposting this gun with a new description and pictures because I got so many questions about it. I bought this gun last winter and had new Optilock scope base and rings (1 inch) and new Vari-X II 3x9x50 Leupold scope installed professionally. I then took this gun to the range three times over the summer and shot a total of 10 rounds through it (see picture). It was transported to and from the range in a gun case and then cleaned and put away each gun has never been hunted, has never had a gun sling installed, has never been in a gun safe with other guns to bang against it, and does not have a scratch or a blemish on it. I have decided to sell it without the scope, but with the base and rings, because most people have their own opinion of what scope to put on a gun like this. I have included a picture of the ammunition that I used when I shot this gun, so you know what was used in it. I will pay for shipping and buyer will pay for FFL transfer new box and everything that came in the new box is included with this gun and I have included a picture of the end of the let me know if you have any questions or if you want close-up pictures of any portion of the for looking, and my price is firm.
