JLD Enterprises, an American gun manufacturing company, was founded in Farmington Connecticut in 1997 by Jose Luis Diaz.
In 2003, JLD Enterprises purchased the FMP arms plant in was an H&K licensed G3 manufacturer.
JLD purchased all of the tooling, machinery, original engineering drawings, and diagrams required to manufacture the H&K 91/G3 series of rifles.
JLD’s HK-91's are known as PTR-91' stands for Precision Target Rifle.
