Colt sold these to law enforcement agencies only. Manufacture date is 4-13 and the rifle has restricted roll marks on both sides of the lower. The Rifle has #38 engraved on the side with the white tape. It was the # the buying agency had engraved on the lower. Comes with original box. The rifle has approximately 25 rounds through it and has minor safe marks from being taken in and out of the safe. $2400 OBO. Please email me for more pics.
