This Swiss Model K31 rifle is a magazine-fed, straight-pull bolt action was the standard issue rifle of the Swiss armed forces from 1933 until 1958 though some remained in service into the has a 6-round detachable magazine, and is chambered for the 7.5×55mm Swiss a cartridge with ballistic qualities similar to the 7.62×51mm NATO/.308 Winchester Model K31 rifles are noted for their excellent accuracy and Swiss armed forces considered individual marksmanship to be of utmost , the K31 was made with tight tolerances and excellent overall to the Swiss Military manual for the K31 expected accuracy off a fix rest at a range of 328 yards was 2 of fire at a range of 1,094 yards was 8 inches.
