I believe this model was called R6600 or 6600. This is one of the most desired, sought-after, and rarest AR-15s. It has a 20 inch chrome lined barrel (fired about 700 rounds), military-style flash suppressor, and bayonet lug. On the barrel, it is marked “C MP 5.56 NATO 1/7 HBAR”. The caliber is .5.56 mm NATO or 223 Rem. The heavy barrel provides extra stiffness for increased long-range accuracy, and 1/7 twist rifling stabilizes heavier bullets/ammo. The lower receiver is “unblocked” and marked “COLT AR-15A2 HBAR SPORTER SER SP 21XXXX”. This rifle is inspection-ready clean! No original box, no sling, no carrying case.
